Advanced T.V. Production

This course will address advanced video and TV studio production. Through lectures and hands-on labs, students will learn studio control room and field production techniques. Students in advanced TV production will acquire technical knowledge and competencies in camera operation, lens theory, switching, video editing, audio tracking, logging and video tape recording, lighting, picture composition, shot planning, continuity, scripting/writing and interviewing. Advanced T.V. production students will apply their skills towards the production of the weekly DHHS homeroom news. Prerequisite : TV Production
